What I've learned in my second chapter. The awakening in a woman’s life.
Positivity, Inspiration and Strength. Speaking the truth.
Positivity, Inspiration and Strength. Speaking the truth.
My name is Syndi Sim, and I started my second chapter midlife. I am a wife, and mom to an autistic son, and work full time. After my mom passed away in 2019, I found the strength at 48 years old to start another chapter. I found that I could shine brighter, be more confident, and demonstrate positivity through positive thinking, daily affirmations, practicing gratitude, exercising, and eating better.
I noticed that inspiring others created positivity within me, which drives my passion for moving forward. I often say this life is not easy and takes one day at a time; however, I can give back by focusing on the good in life. I am much more spiritual in my daily gratitude practice and believe God helps those who help themselves.
My mission and intention are to demonstrate gratitude, positivity, and compassion to myself while also creating an opportunity for women of all ages to be kinder to themselves. I hope to provide guidance and encourage women to focus on themselves, as they will be able to give more back to the people in their lives who matter the most. Love yourself more than anyone, practice affirmations daily, and nourish your soul with grace, kindness, and compassion, which will pay dividends. You are perfectly imperfect.
I provide one-on-one coaching to women to help them gain confidence and empower themselves in their personal and professional lives. Additionally, I provide guidance on personal branding and how to cultivate an online presence. If interested, please use the contact form for more information.
I hope you will join me and create a new chapter for yourself. We are all beautifully different. - Syndi
